For passengers
At the departure airport
Our staff will be waiting for you at the departure airport and will ask you about your reservation details, your special needs, etc. Although we will ask your seat preference at check-in, for safety reasons, certain seats cannot be allocated such as seats by an exit.

Please feel free to ask about facilities around your seat or in the bathroom. Our cabin crews will give you detailed information. Skymark Airlines has bathroom facilities that are accessible for all passengers. In addition, we offer a Braille version of the "Safety Instructions" for information on emergency procedures.
