A reservation can be made from 9:30am up to two months prior to the flight. If the same date does not exist two months prior to the flight, refer to the following:

If you fit the following conditions, please inform us of your special needs when making a reservation.
1.Pregnant women
- who are within 28 days to 8 days (due date included) of the due date
- ：Medical Information Form, Passenger's Declaration Form
- who are within 7days or less (due date included) of the due date
- ：Medical Information Form, Passenger's Declaration Form, accompanied by an obstetrician
2.Passengers with illness or injury
Medical Information Form, Passenger's Declaration Form, and an escort are required in some cases.
Please contact the reservation center for details.
3.Passengers who wish to bring onboard and use medical oxygen tanks in the cabin
Medical Information Form, Passenger's Declaration Form, Proof of ownership of oxygen tanks, a trained escort (in principal, a doctor or nurse) will be required.
Please prepare a copy of a Medical Information Form issued within 14 days (within 7 days for pregnant women) prior to departure, including the day of departure, stating that "Traveling by air is permissible". Please fill out the Medical Information Form at the departure airport. As a general rule, please use our Medical Information Form. Please print out the form from the following link or make a request to our reservation center to send one to you.
4.Passengers who travel with children (infants) under three years of age
- An adult passenger can accompany a child (less than 3 years old) when the child does not occupy a seat. However, an adult passenger can accompany up to 2 children if one of them is 2 years of age and travel in a purchased seat. In this case, please contact our reservation center. (※Boarding until Jan. 31st, 2012)
- If a pregnant woman whose due date is within 28 days (due date included) travels with children less than 3 years old, she will be allowed to take one child over 2 years old. In this case, it is necessary to purchase a seat.
- We will issue a child ticket for children who are less than 3 years of age and do not need a seat. Please let us know.
- There is a limit on the number of infant passengers allowed. Please let us know when making a reservation.
※Boarding on/after Feb. 1st 2012, infants applicable to passengers aged 0 to less than 2 years. It is necessary to reserve (purchase) their seats, if you accompany with passengers aged 2 years and over. Thank you for understanding.
5.Children who are less than 8 years of age and unaccompanied by an adult
Children less than 8 years old should be accompanied by an eligible guardian (who is over 12 years old).
6.Passengers using an electric wheelchair
Please let us know when making a reservation, as there is a limit on the number and weight of wheelchairs that can be checked in.
