When the cancellation caused by our convenience

If aircraft maintenance or other circumstances caused by us means that we cannot fulfill all or part of a delivery contract, we can provide the following services.

You will be rerouted on the next Skymark flight with available seats, or in some circumstances on another airline or some other alternative means of transportation, subject to availability.

    Switching to another Skymark flight
    • We do not charge change fees or cancellation fees.
    • If you are unable to board during the flight ticket validity period, you can extend the validity period by 30 days starting from the day following the flight ticket's expiration date.

    You can process this via the website, Reservation Center or airport counters.

  • (2)
    Switching to another airline's flight or other means of transportation

    We will pay the fare for the other airline or other means of transportation, within certain limits as approved by Skymark Airlines.
    Please contact the Reservation Center or airport counters.

Refunds

  • We do not charge refund fees or cancellation fees.

You can process this via the website, Reservation Center or airport counters.

Online Process

  • Follow the link below and enter your reservation information. Then from the "Confirm Reservation" screen, proceed by clicking any of these menu options: [ Change reservation ], [ Cancel certain passenger's reservation ], [ Cancel flight ] or [ Cancel Reservation ].
  • This can be processed up until the flight's scheduled departure time.
  • You can only switch (change a reservation) once.
  • Some of the options above may not be available depending on the fare type, payment method or reservation type.
    In that case, please contact the Reservation Center or airport counters.

The above can be done even after the flight's scheduled departure time. Please contact the Reservation Center or visit the airport counters within 10 days after the flight's scheduled departure date.
