All fares displayed on the internet include the Passenger Facility Charge. This charge will be collected together with fares when you purchase tickets for flights to or from Haneda Airport or Kitakyushu Airport, which is collected on behalf of Japan Airport Terminal by the individual airlines (JPY100-/adult, JPY50-/child).
